So, I just made a ridiculously amazing Hellfire Ring and wanted to know if there's any better floating around out there; DiabloProgress doesn't seem to rank them well.

most mainstream WD builds do not benefit much from IAS.

there are so many trifecta rings (the good ones with chc cd and ias) so no this isn't even close

No CHC, and your bonus damage and int roll is real low.
Its a great ring, I'd love one to roll that well, but not even a little bit close to the "best Int hellfire"
