If I have the Bad Medicine (or Resolve) skill and I hit a monster, is its damage reduced by 25% when they hit other players ?
The tooltips are so oversimplified it makes them confusing when we need details (not knowing if we should just use the tooltip info or if they skipped some infos in order to make the tooltip simpler).
