Max exp gear and a friend to boost you. :Like 2 or 3hrs and you are done leveling. 
If you wanne level oldschool on your own just avoid "cm builds" they dont work on those levels at all. Just grab a good wep for like each 10 levels with a socket for a ruby. I picked a wep with reduce level requiement around level 45 and melting thru things till 60.
That build worked for me when i level´d a new toon on us realms:

sick! thanks for the info! When you say get a friend to boost me, what should we run? just the whole acts? or a area over and over?

Akt 3, Keep Depths Lvl 2, MP10. Areat Crater Lvl 2 also, if you don't die to worms too often.

so even in normal threw hell you can add MP levels? Does this increase the amount of exp gained?
