With ones would you use for farming?

The Rare ones give me +4k dps, some health and some MF
Lacunis have MS, dunno whats more efficient

If you cant get movespeed from anything else then go with the Lacunis.

But I wouldnt buy a pair without critt%.

If MP0 speed farming then definitly go for Lacunis.

Though, great Lacunis with crit is soo expensive.

Inna's legs can give you movespeed and you will probably have boots with movespeed too. Thus Lacunis are very poor compared to rare bracers.

You only have 12% movement speed. Therefor u should use the lacuni's, even with its shitty stats. Movement speed cap on gear > everything.
You should do either:

A: Get a pair of lacunis with crit %
B: Get Inna's Temperance (leggings) and use your rare bracers.

I personally don't like lacuni or inna's pants for mp0 farming; ias does not help with speed much because you just shoot once or twice to clear the room then move on. If you don't use Nat's chest, I suggest using tyrael's might for move speed, and the 12+% dmg to demon actually helps a lot with act 3 farming. So I would say just use the rare bracers and pick up runspeed somewhere else.

As a DH, screw lacunis, INNAs are the best for DHs and a lot of boots have 12% ms

Inna's Temperance (Pants) + Inna's Favor (Belt) + Boots with Movementspeed is a very good choice to get 24% movement speed.
