Ive had a pretty hard time finding upgrades. Im looking at about a 250 mil budget. What should I replace next.

Personally, I would try to either upgrade ring or neck. crit chance on finger or some more stats like +dmg / ias / higher crit chance on neck.
And I would try to get some lacunis for the movementspeed. (=


Btw - how are you doing with skorn as ww barb? Just wondering because I only played dw.

First noticeable thing I would say is maybe change hats to a NICE andys, or a Decent Mempo and pick up 4-10k right off the top.  Then maybe consider some IK gloves with IAS instead of Crit Dam.  Just food for thought.

I love my skorn honestly I dont think i could ever go back dw again.

Id love to get a mempo with crit just havent came across the funds to get one yet maybe soon.
