What kind of items do you pick up? I'll share mine and everyone else can share theres if they wish

Chest
Gloves
Rings
Shoulders
Amulets
All 1H Except 1Hxbow/
Boots
Pants
2H Weapons (Xbows/Bows)

What I don't get
Shields
Wizard hats
Barb Belts
Voodoos

To be honest I actually pick everything(yellow and legendaries), because some of them could be really good. Maybe chance is 1 for 100000000000, but still. :-)

i tend to pick up Everything, because of that chance it could be godly

Yeah I forgot about tomes and gems. I pick them up also.

rings
amulets
all 63ilv items
all 1h weapons
legendaries

I do not pick up:
2h weapons
60-62ilv items (sometimes I pick them all up if I am in the mood)
1h xbows
shields
class specific gear (heads, off hands)
gems

From time to time I pick up tomes, health potions if they are on my way, all rares if I have space in the bag to vendor for some gold

Oh look, the weekly "what do you pick up thread". Not gonna link the old ones, too lazy. Anyways:

Legendaries, sets, all amulets, rings, gloves, and 1h melee weapons. Nothing else.

Legendary/set items. Amulets, rings, 1h weapons, and gloves are really the only items that the majority of players dont use a legendary for, so thats all I pick up. But I spent my first 100 paragons levels barely picking up any rares.

I picked everything except whites.

I think it will be taking too much time to look through the items for ilevel before picking them up.

Identifying them is faster now compare to previously.
So I TP and vendor them all, unless there are good stats that can be sold in AH or upgrade for me.
I need the GOLD !!!!

After a while you know witch ones are what class and level, so its way faster once you get the hang of it.

Only pick up Rings Amulet and all ilvl 63 and all bracers

I pick up all bracers, shoulders and gloves. Then ofc all rings/amus and then only 62+ items with the exception of 2handers, they're not worth it imo. At first I had to ctrl-check everything but now days you learn the items name.

Normally I get everything (minus whites and grays), but this process makes me lose so much time, that from now on, I'll get only rares/tomes/gems/legendaries...

Any bracer, glove, ring, amulet.  All legendaries.  All Archon Armor.

Demolisher, Centurion Spear, Darkblade, Veil Piercer, Arch Axe, Rune Sword, Heaven Hand, Desolator Wand

Sounds like a long list but 90+% of stuff gets left on ground and, even with that initial filter, still another 95+% of what I do pickup gets vendored/salvaged.  Hooray Diablo.
