I unfortunately have no influence on the various blue trackers out there on fan sites, but if I did, I would suggest them to disable the tracking for blue posts on the trade forums. The reason for this is that we are quite unlikely to ever make any discussion posts or announcements in this forum, so when we post here, it is purely for moderation purposes.
The forum guidelines sticky thread already has a part warning that CAPS are bad and such, so I am hesitant to make a new sticky thread just for that. I will of course consider it if the people using this forum fail to get the message.

Key Drop Rate
It's unfortunate that you are experiencing a streak of bad luck, but the drop rates for keys and plans were not changed in patch 1.0.6. The drop rate is still 5% on MP0, 10% on MP1, and 20% on MP2, all the way up through a 100% drop rate on MP10. (Blue Tracker / Official Forums)
Switching Between Blizzard Games
It’s great you’re enjoying yourself!
One thing I’ve learned over the years is that everyone games differently. Some folks prefer to indulge in just one game at a time, some rotate between a few choice favorites over time, and some juggle multiple games within the same day. For me, it just depends what mood I’m in at any given time, and while I’m passionate about Diablo III, I also still actively play WoW and quite a number of other games ranging across different genres and formats. There’s certainly a lot out there to play, but for me at least, it’s great having a few staples that keep me coming back for more. :) (Blue Tracker / Official Forums)
