Hello all wizards, Been playing for a good while on my wizard and i never find out a good specc or the perfect gear to use to be able to have stable dps and not ''die''

http://eu.battle.net...YOXg!ZgY!YcZZab is my specc

What do i have to change in gear and stats to be able to not get ONESHOTED in every pack, even not elites in MP 1-2 cant survive a shit if i can say so

Got around 8m gold only to spend on new gear if u think i should change some, and what specc for this gear should be best?

Assistant in gear and gold is also welcome as well <3
