I have two battle.net accounts, both with D3 licenses.  If I use the DarkD3 mod on my secondary account, could my main account which shares the same personal information get banned?

I wouldn't be too upset if my secondary account got banned.  I just don't want my associated main account to be banned.

If they share same personal information and ip addresses and violate the rules so much you need ban. You can expect both to get banned. Blizzard bans a person. If a person have 2 or 10, they would ban them all.
My Monk: R.I.P - Thanks for the 1900 euro.
My Barb: R.I.P - Thanks for the 1200 euro.
Flipping/Sniping: Thanks for the 2345 euro and rising.
My Witch Doc: http://eu.battle.net...973/hero/417671 - Acid Rain max exp farm setup avr around 80m xp /hour. 53 yards pickup radius <3

No it will not. Each game license is its own, and will be judged individually.

Not true. Blizzard bans Game Licences. If your D3 account gets banned and you have a SC2 licence on the same account you will still be able to play SC2.

Is this also true for the Dark3D extras utility?
