Your best bet with this game is to expect nothing, and then you will be mildly surprised once every few months when they actually do something.

I'm assuming at this point they totally revamped their idea for PvP. I usually can find a rational reason to support whatever blizzard says yet this is ridiculous that they can't even provide an update 7 months after launch. Just a single update on the status. All we want.
