So I have $10 mil to upgrade my gear. Looking for the most bang for my buck.
Recently I just upgrade to the Inna's Pants & Ice Climbers. The amulet I have is temporary, but I wasn't sure what to specifically look for.
Additionally, are there any tweaks I should make that would be of more help with my skill setup.

With what you got you´d be better off buying some Blizzard or Activision shares if you really want to spend it to something game-related. Or you could make a collection and buy all the barb accounts out there in the game(I´m sure you won´t waste even 5% of your money doing that), which would be a world first. Anyway, good luck.

I would suggest a new ammy with cc & cd or maybe if you want a dps boost loot for a Andy helm with all res of like 60+ with low fire dmg like 5-8ish. Goodluck

forget about andariel visage, you have a decent helm already. waste of money.
you have too much life% too little vit. chest can have 300 vit and you have 0. I would lose a socket maybe 20-30str to gain 200vit. 11% of your current 37200HP is 4092HP. 150vit is 5250 more HP just by itself, then it gets added by the 22% life you have, you get so much more out of 150-200vit.
Your mainhand weapon is not really good, you get more damage with a slower 1.2speed mace as it crit much more. aim for 900-1000dps mace or axe with crit damage, socket and good str. bit hard with 10m budget might have to save more but you should plan to be replacing this in the future
Your str is way too low, you really want to hit 2000-2200. You are lacking str in many pieces, none on glove which sometimes cannot be help when getting a trifecta. Lacuni has low STR which is normal for that. too low on off hand too, none on mainhand. so I guess you need to really pick it up on somewhere else but you really don't have anywhere where else to pick it up except for your amulet or you go for IK chest which is gonna be more than 10m.
your amulet and rings offer little on DPS increase, it has nice stats but thats about it. you can buy better dps rings for 200k buyout, but the tricky part is deciding how much defensive stats (AR, VIT, armor) you want to for go for more dps. good average damage beats stat every time, but really you want some stat in there too.
Amulet at the very least go for average damage crit chance and crit damage/attack speed (all three is very expensive) then look what you feel you are missing. more AR VIT if you think you need them or LoH. STR I think is a must since your overall str is too low.
both of your rings could be better too, same like amulet for those I mention. str 90 and 4% crit is very low dps ring even with 50str gem you put in there. you would get more with 40avg damage ring with low str and 4.5% crit (I would say around 4-5k damage increase). your overall crit seems lower too. try to get 4.5-5% crit at least on rings. 8.5-10% on amulet.
My barb has the about sheet dps of 87000 (2000 dps less than you) but I have 2200 str and 59% crit (i dont even use scroundel, the crit shows up differently in game than on sheet). I only use 2 legendary as well, andariel visage, and the other is very shitty tasker and theo which I use because i need the pick up radius, I can easily get a better yellow gloves but I am too lazy, i just thinking to go straight to 200 str+ IK instead of small upgrades. I am using mf pieces as well. I had better boots and belt, more str and a little more vit, no they are just yellow boots. I think I am 92k dps with proper gear and 115k dps with shout (no wotb)
My next upgrades will be helm then glove, I think with those 2 (an high 170-190str IK, and a 80-90 str trifecta). Then main hand or good firewalkers just go gung ho for good ice climber
