This build is extremely cheap compared to like WW barbs, and it's even more effective

I have a hard time believing that he's getting 80mil exp per hour with his gear level. Care to explain how this is possible?

yes, simple.
You only need to run MP0.
Easy kill, easy exp, and easy loot.
MP is over rated (except for ubers)
