What... what... what... what would YOU doooo.....

Second, I'm sorry for being like everybody else. I need advice. I want to know what you would do.
I'm a new WIzard. My second toon, first being a Barb. I like the ranged, and I like the Wiz. But I refuse to do a CM/Melee Wizard as I moved from the barb to get away from melee-type play. I'm a fresh 60 pretty much, and I've come to really like my current spec for moving through the Inferno quests before farming.
I might be jumping the gun here, but what would you do if you were in my shoes? I have about 10 million to spend, and I'm just at a loss. I've read every post on these forums in the last few weeks, but I just can't keep the info straight. There's a lot of set pieces and legends available that I see people wearing, and with my limited play-schedule I'm finding it overwhelming.
I'd like to be able to switch between an Archon build and a custom-blizzard-or-meteor-or-disintegrate-build with one set of gear (of course willing to switch out a few pieces here and there). I'm not totally ruling out the CM/WW build(s) but I've never been one for cookie-cutter specs.
Any advice from the few pro-type WIz' on the forum? Anything is appreciated greatly!
Thanks in advance!
Phreek

If you want to be unique, there are certainly many ways to go about it (e.g. 0 AP Disintegrate, or Cold-Blooded Frostburn). If you want to run an Archon spec, there are tons of posts here that focus on Archon.
10M won't get you to the high levels, but it sure can get you set up to run MP1-2 fairly easily depending on what your current gear level's like.
1. Set up your gear to maximize DPS and EHP as much as you can.
2. Drop your MF and grind paragon to gain stats and MF/GF
3. Loot, sell, buy, grind more, repeat
Again, if you want to be unique, there are many ways to play around. If you want generic Archon, look no further than my profile and the rest of the top 20(50) wizards in the country. Everyone essentially looks the same.

If you were me, what piece would you upgrade next? I'm thinking about saving for a good Witching Hour, but I'm not sure.
I've read all the guides etc and they're all very good... just looking for an opinion on what someone else would do, because with all the good information out there, it's still hard to decide where to spend the money. Especially when I only play a few hours a week, so it takes awhile to build up that kind of dough.
Thanks again guys!

Your gear ain't that bad to start with . BUT . Your main hand weapon is T O T A L L Y wrong. I just hope you didn't spend a fortune for it as it has good affixes, just kinda low dps.
I'll explain in short. You are using a triumvirate ( +18% elemental weapon dmg) but your main hand is all fire dmg. In order for triumvirate to do it's miracle you need a NON-elemental weapon. And yes,you can sacrifice that Life steal you got so the new weapon doesn't cost you a fortune. And swap to "Magic weapon - Blood weapon" for the life steal you need. Your dps should keep you safe in most cases up to mp2 i believe. My recommendation would be a 1k+ dps weapon with a socket. Anything more your budget can afford is welcome ofc.
Change that weapon and you'll 99% see a bigger upgrade than from a witching hour and at 1/3 of the price unless ofc US prices differ that much from EU.

I'm not sure about it but i feel like being mean so ...
If you had indeed read all the guides you would know about the crime you commited when you combined that main hand with that triumvirate
I myself haven't read guides so i'm not sure it's mentioned there but i'm almost certain it is .Excuse me if i'm wrong though...

lol! I had that mainhand before I got the Tri. I've replaced it now, but the Armory isn't updated. I had been switching the two around to see how much of a difference it really makes and it doesn't seem like a lot. Maybe because I've been melting everything with Archon runs anyway (MP1). . but Thanks for the tips everyone!
