Why do people use Echoing Furry in offhand when it has more base dmg then what they have in the main hand, Is it because of the fear proc?

My guess is because they are bad or else you mixed up damage and dps considering the echoing fury increase the atack speed of the main hand weapon aswell

Cus The best stat on it its +20-25 attacks per second. And that applies to character base attacks per second (not like the % attack speed on weapons wich applies only for that particular weapon).

I was comparing the base dmg (xxx-1xxx) and the Echoing Furry had always more then the main hand.
