I have question, if anyone tested this, some targets are immune to shape shifting feature of hex, but some say damage debuff is still applied (act bosses, uber bosses, demonic tremors ect). Same goes for paranoia rune of mass confusion, there is 20% aoe damage debuff, and targets don't have to be charmed to be affected (according to description).
Anyone tested if it works? It is interesting especially considering hex vs ubers, since immobilizing part seems to work only vs kulle.

Yes it works
I tested and its really useful, but is a little tricky.
