I would like some gear upgrade advice for my Witch Doctor especially for MP1-3.

It all depends on your budget.

I would suggest helm with soc, shoulders with higher INT and amulet with high (9-10) CC.

The manajuma is a difficult call. You could improve your DPS greatly swapping it for an higher DPS weapon, but it depends on how much you need the LS.

If you serious about paragon lvls a helm with a socket would be a plus. Zuni's Helms are pretty cheap, and can be paired with the boots (also pretty cheap) for the two set, also giving you run speed. You would lose the crit, but the 130int 2 piece should make up for it somewhat. Also an echoing fury if you have the budget and dont mind the fear.
