what do you suggest i work on next with my  monk?  i dont care too much about mf with this character

My suggestion would be to remove all of those vit gems and replace with dex.  With 2k+ life each hit you shouldn't have any issues staying alive.

Also, if you are having issues with low resistances double up on a primary and resist all.
