What server are you on?  The prices differ sometimes dramatically.  

You rolled very high Vit on that and the armor is nice.  The problem with an item like that is how long do you want to sit on it?  I'm guessing that's worth 70-90M minimum on US servers, but you might have to list it several times before you find someone looking for something that good and has the money to pull the trigger on it.

Personally, I would keep that, because that may be the best item you ever find and if you ever plan on playing a wizard or a witch doctor, you'll be glad you kept it.

I have no idea if there is a way for me to check price for you on the EU server, but you should be able to do it yourself.  If you go into the AH and type in the name of the item that's the easiest way.  Your random rolls here look like Vitality and Armor (every Zunimassa's Marrow has high Int, high RA, and 3 sockets).  Just put Vitality of 250 in your search stats and sort by lowest buyout.  I wouldn't put the armor in because it cuts your search down drastically and most of the time people aren't willing to pay extra for armor, so it inflates your values unrealistically (for example the cheapest ZM with 250 vit is around 94M but when you add armor, the min buyout is 160M and I dunno anyone who's willing to pay almost double for an extra 160 armor)

It is worth a lot, armor ones are most expensive. Armor is little low, but you have nearly max int which has big impact on price, and vit is high. I'd say around 150-200mil at least. For more you would need roll with +300 armor.
