I'm trying to gauge where I should go next in terms of equipment upgrades.  My goal is to at least get over 100k unbuffed DPS for smoother, higher MPx runs while maintaining excellent critical chance / damage for a cyclone build.  I'm open for criticism on everything from gear to skill builds!

HEAD: Inna's Radiance
180 dex, 60 vit, 37 lightning resist, 43 all res, crit chance 5%, socketed for 17% life.

SHOULDERS: Vile Ward
205 dex, 75 int, 38 vit, 77 all res, 264 armor, 302 life regen.

AMULET: +28 min damage, 70 dex, 40 Vit, 66 All res, 579 LoH, crit chance 9%

CHEST: 69 dex, 200 Vit, 45 lightning res, 50 all res, 300 armor, 2 sockets (50+ dex each)

GLOVES: 175 dex, 48 lightning res, 74 all res, crit chance 9.5%

WRISTS: 93 dex, 78 vit, 32 lightning res, 70 all res, crit chance 5.5%

BELT: 147 dex, 132 vit, 41 lightning res, 24 all res, 5% life.

RING 1: 33-57 dmg, 73 str, 69 dex, 76 int, 42 all res, crit chance 6%

RING 2: Litany of the Undaunted
153 dex, 61 all res, 234 life regen, Crit chance 4.5%, elite dmg reduced 7%, socket (50 dex)

PANTS: 175 dex, 89 int, 69 vit, 54 lightning res, 63 all res, two sockets (50 dex each)

Weapon 1: Sun Keeper
269-617 holy dmg, 47% dmg, 187 dex, 43% MF, 1.9% stun, Increase elite dmg 8%, socket (Crit hit dmg 90%)

Weapon 2: Echoing Fury
129 min dmg, 272 max dmg, 39% dmg, 162 dex, 0.21 attacks/sec, 635 LoH, 16% fear, socketed (90% crit dmg)

BOOTS:
169 dex, 39 lightning resist, 76 all res, 265 armor, 20% extra gold, 12% movement speed

2 piece inna 2 piece nats will give u huge dps boost

There are many items you can improve, and you can give up some resist.

Get a second dps stats for the amulet, either AS or CD, same for glove and rings.

More than 100 dex on belt and brace..

INNA pants for movement and DPS, 2-piece bonus = +130dex

Weapons need upgrade too 900+ weapon dps to achieve 100k+ easier, 850+ need more dex and CD.

BTW, what is your current unbuffed paper DPS?

I wish I could post a link, alas, I don't have enough posts to do so. :(

In terms of budget, I have a little over 150 million gold, and my unbuffed DPS is 60.5k DPS. Maybe if someone is on the US server, they can come on and help me find some things if that'd be easier?
