Ok so you guys mean that we had to wait half of the year for the PvP mode that will be dominated by big wallets right?
Actually i hope the skill factor will matter more than in D2. Otherwise its pointless, don't you think?

D2 pvp was all about skill.  What are you even talking about?

And really, pvp won't be pay to win unless they can balance it.

People who spent tons of cash on Crit gear are gonna be in for a rude awakening one way or another.

Because honestly, as is.  Credit card players would'nt matter much.   Even if they could do 1 bll crit damage they could still die to a player doing 10 k dps just for the simpell fact most players have only about 50 k life.

Still won't matter.   It will only neg some damge. But, even so using defensive skills > stacked resists and defense.


My point was all these people waving their e-peen credit card builds will be in for a reality check when they finally understand that Crit is a PvM stat.

Its not gonna matter if they crit for a mill if only takes about 30-50 true damage to kill someone in a few seconds.  Bascially making all crit useless.   Unless of course they are dueling against players with a millions of hit points, which ain't gonna happen.

I mean, if you pull that card 1st... If you get hex'd its over.  Even with alot of crowd control reduction you will probably get stalled and mauled.

What did you expect? In case you did not notice. This is diablo. This is a game that has always been around gear. How you get your items is your own personal thing. Want the extra stats? nobody is blocking you from getting paragon levels. Want better gear? Nobody blocks you from farming. Want gear quicker? Nobody blocks you from sniping and flipping stuff on ah. Big wallets? In case you didnt know, you dont need to spend alot of money to get nice gear.

Nah man, first of all he doesn't know a thing about pvp mechanics nor does anybody... And second het talks about top 20 player facerolling the (pvp)game after thousands hours of playing or spending thousands of dollars/euro's... Isn't that why people play that much hours or spend that much money?... As a mid level pvp player trying to own noobs, you get owned once in a while by the top tier group but thats probably 1 in a 100 matches, right? The rest of the time you prob got a fair setup... He got some points there but they are i no way backed up by any data...

Never said it was backed up by data. I said i agree with what he says. I aswell think this is why pvp is so delayed.
