So today I found 2 Immortal King helms with EXACTLY the same stats as mine (see pics below).

Has duping officially hit the American servers?

Probably just yet another isolated case of the double drop bug or someone pulling a rollback scam on Blizzard.

If duping "hit the American servers"....we wouldn't be looking at isolated, small handfuls of items here and there. We would see hundreds/thousands of duplicate items inundating our market.

Two times until now I had exact two of the same item dropping. First it was a andy visage and second a rare arch axe. I have screenshots as proof but I need more posts to show them. I think it "can" be somekind of drop bug. When it happened I had the same item kind dropping in 5 minutes or smt.

For the moment duping seems over, and has mostly affected the gem market before.

The above however might be due to some bug, I've seen a few cases of identical items before, in one case I'm pretty sure it was a recent drop that had a similar item on the AH, so not a dupe.

Also note that for legendaries with the restricted stat range, it is more likely to just randomly end up with the same rolls... though it's still a very small chance.

I know right....I was broke as a joke and only got in on two of those. I'm glad though to see some normalcy returning. I assume the issue was handled under the table, as it should be, despite all the crying at the official forums about why Blizz was so silent about the issue. Some people don't understand that sometimes silence is best.

This is important to remember. It is possible, especially as the game grows in age, that certain Legends may be rolled exactly the same. With rares it's different because even the name rolls.

Hey Timmy.

Yes its a dupe. Its actually 4 items around with those stats, and you Timmy, have one of them.
These are on NA (US Server) Realm.

And good thing you got Bloodthirst as a passive, but I would go more for all resistance then life leech.

Blizzard needs way more communication with their customers, but not about things like this. Bringing attention to it is the best you can do. But do not expect blizzard to talk with the masses about it, because they want stealth.

just check the top items on diabloprogress and you will find that alot of them are duped.
so sad.

Duping has been around ever since the game has come out.
