80k unbuffed dps respectable for WW barb?

I got lucky and found my Echoing Fury last night giving me a 7k dps bump over my old weapon and am now sitting at 80k unbuffed DPS.
I don't really have much trouble with surviving or killing most monsters in MP4-5 alone accept when I come across a goblin. There are times when they will get away from me with just under 1m health left and it's quite frustrating.
Is my DPS at a respectable level or is it still too low and that is why I am running into this?
Here is a link to my Barbarian.

Thanks in advance.

If you use only bash to kill gobs you probably want to try a more dps orientated skill and loose the fury gain.
However you should read up a bit more on your build.
Your Tornado dmg is generated out of your weapon dmg + str etc. it will only take the dmg from your mainhand. So you want the high dmg weapon in your mainhand. So change them and you should already see an improvement in your kill speed.

You mentioned bash in your reply. Should I switch cleave out for bash? I have been using cleave to gain fury more quickly if needed. One or two swings with cleave can fill my fury if I get a few crits depending on the size of the pack.

Yes you should use bash, it's a better fury generator and it has more dmg then cleave.
If you still run into problems killing gobs with bash, you could always go frenzy and see if you can play without the fast fury generation.
In general i'm a fan of low level mp farming. For me the increased kill speed gives me more at the end of the day. So you could always play a lower mp lvl. 80k is allright for mp5 but not much

As for the Echoing Fury, I came to that same conclusion with my Echoing Fury. It has a good amount of Dex on it so I might just give it to my Monk since it will give her far more DPS than the one she is using right now. If not, I can always try and sell it to pick up a replacement weapon.
Inna's pants would be a nice upgrade for the Movement Speed allowing me to swap out my Tyrael's might and not have to lose the 12%. I could also use some nice Lacuni's with Crit chance on them. There are plenty of combinations of upgrades for me but unless I start getting lucky and finding them or some nice items that are worth a decent amount, I fear it will be quite a while before I get that sorted out.
I did switch my Cleave rune to do more dmg and havent run into an issue with goblins in MP5 anymore. I also tried swapping out my Wrath rune for Insanity, It allows me to kill things faster in quick fights but I'll be switching it back to Thrive on Chaos since 15 seconds just isn't long enough for large packs in act 3 since my kill speed has actually gone down.

echoing fury is great, sure the fear can be annoying but to get the same dps increase (and i dont mean just paper dps, the +APS helps a lot to get to new tornado tick breakpoint which is a big dps increase) with a rare weapon i'd have to invest around 400mil gold and i got my EF for a measly 75mil but i would recommend getting one with low fear chance, ideally below 13%
OP's aint bad with 14% but im a not a fan of dexterity, you end up with high dodge (~20%) and then you keep getting yourself stuck in dodge animation

edit: for rend you'd have to switch out war cry, rend would obviously increase your damage output but your survivability will suffer although not greatly because of life leech rune on rend
i cant advice for or against it because i haven't tried it myself (im a bit of a rend hater so cba trying it even if it works great

Here is my profile but its not updated, i changed my armor + pants since the last update and they both had quite a massive strength upgrade that boosted up my damage.

Just use Overpower, With crushing advance you are getting 35% extra mitigation, with no DR, and almost 80% uptime e, and 100% up on critical moments; fight start. etc Or just get more resist on other items and go for Overpower, Killing spree, so you 'll get 10% crit chance.
Thus u'll get new spameable skill, whos bossting you defensively or offensively.
