Hello fellow WDs!

I'm currently running MP2 A3 for MF with ease. I can do MP3 (not as effective) but then MP4 starts getting a little rough, stuff takes long to kill. I recently got my first Infernal Machine and was thinking of trying ubers but don't want to waste machines on low MP and gimp my organs chance.

So, I'm looking for tips on what gear I should upgrade next / cheapest. I'd like to crack the 100k barrier without losing too much survivability. Also, I'm not using any LoH or LL right now, should I invest in some LL weapon? Dunno if it's worth it but for Siegebreaker reflect damage maybe it'll be required?

I think you could change a little of your vitality for more dmg. I seem to have pretty similar stats and I'm doing MP4 easily and ubers on MP7 with out much of trouble. (grouped, haven't  tried soloing). I wasn't able to check your profile so I don't know if you have life steal or LOH. If you don't have, get it and you'll be able to progress further.

No I don't have any LOH or LL right now. What kind of build do you use for ubers? I'm using bears right now.

Splinters, Acid Cloud / Blop blop bomp, SW Healing journey, SH Vengeful Spirit, Hex / Jinx and BBV / Slam Dance is what I use most often on ubers.

For long battles such as Ubers i highly recommend getting some LoH (cheaper to get on jewelry, weapon with high dps+LoH can be expensive) and use RoT as prmary attack bcos it is the attack that proc LoH most frequent (i use it mainly for health regen not for damage). From my own experience doing ubers, bears do the most damage (ubers being large targets so easy to hit with all 3 bears). Another affix that i find super useful is +health from globe, many times when i am in a sticky situation a pot hv helped me from dying. Currently my gear hv 900 LoH (from pox, unity & blackthorne pants) and 12k +health frm globe.

You should definitely get some leech.  Once you're closing in on 100k dps and beyond, leech gets pretty good and you don't have to worry about loh.  Socketed Manajuma's are coming down in price.  I was playing without leech or loh just fine in 1.04, but it wasn't working out as well in 1.05.  Once I got leech I became much more effective.

If you raised your crit chance a bit you could probably boost yourself over 100k.  Your zuni helm is rolled pretty bad, you should look for one with 200+ int and crit.  Lacuni bracers with int and crit are expensive, I was fortunate to have mine drop for me.  You can pick up a witching hour belt as well.
