On gear: Nat's Helmet? Yours offer 5.5% crit and 182 dex plus some vitality and resist, Nat's can't get those stats. You can either pick Inna's or Mempo's there. If you want the Nat's bonus there's only one acceptable solution: boots+ring and that ring with crit cost a fortune... Actually you're talking about gear choices that are fare out of your league judging from your current equipment.
shoulder: double resist
pants: higher resist
chest: double resist or Inna's with single resist or high vita
helmet: higher resist + more vitality
gloves: more dex and a fifth stat (all resist, vita, crit damage)
bracer: vita (probably your weakest slot) or lacuni for the runspeed but decently rolled are super expensive
rare ring: a fifth stat (average damage, vita, attack speed, %life, all resist)
amulet: higher average damage, more dex, a fifth stat (attack speed, fire resist, all resist, vita, %life)
belt: two strong rolls but no defense at all, always look out for a piece with resists and/or vita
boots: base vita, those 11% life are barely enough to sacrifice 12% runspeed. You want at least vita in addition to it's normal stats to make up for that or drop them for some regular boots with high dex, high vita and double resist plus movement speed
weapon(s): second 100% emerald, more of everything. Probably the most expensiv spot - if you have to you can get life on hit on jewelry and focus here on more dps solely ignoring life regen stats to keep the price reasonable
tldr;
a) get resists up, 450 is just to low.

get vita up, more effective health is important to surive *any* reflect pack
c) get damage up, several ways to achieve that but i'd focus on defense first due to lacking in that department a lot

Resolve? huh?
I saw a spreadsheet on the maths from blinding flash - take combination strike and WotHF instead.
Care to elaborate? Resolve is 20% less damage taken for the whole party while you attack stuff, that's fine. It's not like 'Seize the Initiative' is that strong after the 50% nerf. And blinding flash is just awesome, it's a 30% damage buff to your sweeping wind AND a crowd control spell on a rather short cooldown. I could see him take deadly reach/foresight over the heal, it's slighty more damage and adds some utility for packs with lots of nasty affixes - but he's only at 100k dps so stacking more dps and having a heal on a short cooldown (healing for ~ 20% of your current hitpoints) isn't to bad either.
