int for barb : reduce the fury cost of skills when under ilvl 63 weapons

dex for wiz : reduce cooldowns while using one hander without a source/shield



As for the op. Pretty good ideas.

the idea for monks are bad.

i just wanted to remember how daibos are useless...

we can think like this:

- int for monk can give life per spirit spend
- str can give aspd ans some dmg for daibo... heh

Cool pic for the passives.  I like the bars for each tier.  Seems like people would love finding items to make use of it!

Thanks, I didn't work on it too long.  Probably could have made it a bit cleaner.  I'm sure Blizz would make it look much better.
