It is pretty much the only way to have a heal other players in this game. On top of that, the build offers great amount of damage and survivability with very little micro-managing. You won't need any mana regeneration either.

The first part of the video is with "Provoke the Pack"-rune and the 2nd part is with "For the Master". For example in the Ghom-fight I get all of the healing through health-globes.
For solo-play, I recommend using "For the Master", because you have very little chance of dying (fallen maniacs still hurt). I switch between Horrify - Frightening Aspect and Horrify - Stalker. Stalker is better for the farming runs. In co-op I personally play with "Provoke the Pack", because the enemies have more HP and my stats are high enough for me to survive with just the health-globes.
In any case, the build is very competitive with the usual "GI + Totd + Zombie Bears"-builds
