I'm a fire druid, but also just started a necro. I think I'll stick to the fire druid for playing with you guys though.

Oh count me in as well, just tell me what to do, haha. Although if we all play together, shouldn't we do it starting off on the same wavelength? So we should all make new characters and just play them when we're all together?

Anyways, I'm making an ice sorc right now. Gunna max ice bolt, glacial spike, blizzard, frozen orb and cold mastery. :)

WTF - I have only gotten a few set items...grrrrrr...and havent gotten any mf charms.

One thing i want to point out:
Katana, wakizashi and ninja-to are three totally different weapons.

(Ive made some research from Wiki to be sure that i dont say anything wrong)
The word katana was originally used for "one edged sword". Today, the term is used to describe the sword "nihonto". It is a curved blade used by samurai, its length is 70-90 cm.

Ninjato is a straight blade used by ninjas, its shorter than the katana.

The wakizashi is a shorter version of the katana. Its about 50 cm. Its also used by samurai.

Oh about dragon stones - its the sweetest thing about them, look in cube recipes -> D-Stoning http://miyoshino.la....ipes#r_dstoning
you will see that u can improve the item without socketed gem or runes.

btw it cant be that im the only high level in ES? im 86 druid :) could be higher if i continued playing ;)

Edit: Yes you open cow level same as LOD, and there is WP as u know ;)

Looks fun but I cant be bothered to spend 10 hours fiddling around with D2 to install this. :/

I tried installing it, but it didnt run. The process appeared for about 1 second and quit out... couldnt get anything to work

Could be because of the presence of D2 Loader or the D2 Expansion.iso file I use in DAEMON Tools
My CDs broke a long time ago so although I have legit CD keys im relying on D2 Loader and DAEMON Tools to run the game

I had it up and running within 5 minutes, and haven't had any problem with either ES, or my vanilla D2LOD running properly since.  
I mean, other than getting owned, repeatedly, by the ES monsters.

Although if you count download times into the setup time, and you have a slow connection, then maybe it could take 10 hours.

It claims I need to uninstall, delete, reinstall, and manually patch it, then install that and separate my characters from it. >.>

You can sell coupons cuz its pretty low chance to get good items with them, but never sell dragon stones and ancient scrolls cuz they are important and rare recipes. Oh btw 8 ancient decipherers = 1 dragon stone ;)

Strange. I'm in the Cathedral right now, so far I've found 3 D Stones and 1 Ancient Decipherer. :P

ehh... i mean only ancient scrolls are rare not d-stones
