Does anyone know much about the trading system?

I know theres the AH and all, but can you sell items via trade? if you happen to be grouped with a person
Also anyone of u guys know if we can make clans ?

Can we make clans in D3?

Anyone know if you'll be able to view how many hours/days you have put in to your character and characters all up?

I would love to know some of these as well, specifically 'clan'-like related material; as well as some sort of "/played" similar to WoW.

Yes there is a trade window, and also a trade channel. On release you will not be able to make clans but that may change. There is a window that shows you how long you have played all your characters before entering a game, as well as typing /played while in a game though only for the character you are currently playing as (that second bit might not be true I can't remember and beta is down).

the beta at least keeps track of how long you've been playing each of the five classes. i assume this would still be in release.

I will add to the noob-ish'ness, is there a character creation limit? Like, you can only have one of each class, or any sort of limitations. I know it would not really make sense to at all, just curious.

yeah  10 character slots is the limit

I guess you'll be able to buy more slots  ^^;
but it's still better than the 5 slots of GW2...

Thanks guys! Yeah I come from a WoW background as far as 'recent' Blizz games go and had no idea how character creation would be handled in D3.
Also, quick question, if this is allowed I would like to link to a post I made earlier today (original reason for joining the forums in addition to this being where I lurk for info).
