FINALLY NERFED ARCANE ORB WOOT. to 175%. awesome. a lot of people were crying out for that.

although they further nerfed acid rain making it extra extra useless. but it was already useless before so idk why they did this haha

is what is in the notes, but default hungering arrow cant have 50% chance pierce innately while the rune to increase pierce increases the chance up to 50%. It also didn't have a default chance to pierce of 55%, it used to be 35% if I recall correctly.

WTF -

1.) ALL heals across the board were reduced 50-66%. Pretty sure this means they lower the amount of HP we will have / damage done to us.

2.) Did you not see the 30% innate damage reduction for melee classes?
