Yesterday's post was pretty popular and I decided to keep working on those artworks to actually figure out what's going on there. I'm sure I can perfect it a little more but this is probably good enough for the moment.
A lot of this info is from old datamining (see the HUGE DATAMINING SPOILER THREAD from a month ago) and I basically tried to put the pieces of the puzzle back together.

Stackable Items Now Available on the Gold AH
Official Blizzard Quote:
As of the latest patch, stackable items can now be bought and sold on the gold Auction House. We're introducing crafting materials as the first stackable item, which includes Common Scraps, Subtle Essence, Fallen Teeth, and Petrified Bark. In the future, players will be able to trade a variety of stackable items including dyes, books, and gems.
So, what makes stackable items different?
In terms of the Auction House, stackable items are designed to make your life easier when it comes to buying or selling in bulk. Rather than having to hunt through pages of listings yourself to find the best-priced stack, you can instead select the stackable item type you're looking for, type in the amount of the item you want, and then buy that amount for the lowest price currently available to the market. This may mean that you're buying from multiple sellers at many different price points, and the Auction House will manage all of those individual purchases for you automatically.
Similarly, you can use the Auction House to quickly place your stackable items up for sale. Simply choose the amount you'd like to sell, type in the sale price for an individual item, and your auction is ready to go. Since the Auction House manages how others will purchase your items, there's no need to separate your items into smaller stacks or list them individually.
In part, this system in general is meant to mimic commodities in the real world. You buy generic goods, from many people, and the price of the units adapt over time as supply and demand change. To provide an example, let's say you want 50 Common Scraps. Based on a hypothetical market, you could end up buying:
25 Common Scraps for 0.45 apiece from Bob
15 Common Scraps for 0.46 apiece from Steve
And 10 Common Scraps for 0.55 apiece from George
The Auction House will make each of these individual purchases for you based on your original order.
It's important to note that you will always buy all of the stackable items listed at the lowest available price first before moving on to the more expensive ones. Also, before you buy, you will be presented with an "invoice" for your order which includes the amount and price of each item before you make your purchase. So, in this example, if there are 50 Common Scraps available at 0.45 apiece, you would be presented with an invoice showing you that you're buying 50 at that price point, as well as a dialogue box to confirm the total purchase for 22.50.
We encourage you to test out this new system at your convenience and then let us know what you think! For general feedback, go ahead and drop us a line here or in the Beta Feedback forum. For issues using the Auction House or buying/selling stackable items, please post in the Beta Bug Report forum.
Is it me, or I read somewhere (or saw somewhere) that there were going to be 5 acts ?
No, there's only 4.
However, ages ago when the beta client was initially released, someone data mined some strings that mentioned Act 5 and act 6. However, these are very likely expansion acts.
My thoughts about the images, spoiler used for those that don't want to know =D
These don't seem to correlate to bosses at all, some of them do of course, but others merely represent events. This is assuming the data is correct. We know that we are not going to fight Cain, so that's out as a boss. Likely we will not fight Adria either. I also find it hard to believe we will be fighting Tyrael.
Cain is likely someone we need to rescue, and this seems to be the case as there are two Cain events. The Cain rescue, and Cain with Magda.
Tyrael has fallen somehow, this has been my thought ever since I saw the Fall Star in the beta. It is possible that it could also be some kind of rescue event, followed by a battle with the Butcher to get his equipment back?
Adria appears to be captured by someone, likely Azmodan, you can see this by the event Adria's Prison, and then Adria's Betrayal is what gets "the good guys" access to the Black Soul Stone. This could also go the other direction obviously with Adria being rescued and then stealing the Black Soul Stone for Diablo. She's a witch, who knows =P
Lastly, with the Battle for the High Heavens, and Diablo both being in Act 4 along with Imperius it could be that Diablo gains nearly all of his strength back and makes a move on the High Heavens, this leads to everyone having to band together in order to stop him. This could involve Imperius as an ally, or a clutch savior as the battle for the heavens is beginning to fall. Remember, we have never seen Diablo at anything coming close to his full power in any of the previous games.
While Imperius does hate humanity, it's possible (even likely) that he hates Diablo more, and would likely not team up with Diablo just to wipe out sanctuary.
Nice add for the auction house, but i got a question about it. They say you put the Qty you want and he will buy what u need at the best price available on the market... but what if '' to retake the example from the blue post'' the last stack from the exemple have 20 Common Scraps for 0.55 apiece from George so does it mean im gonna buy the whole stack and have a total of 60 Common scrap OR it will split this last stack from george and im only gonna buy 10 common scrap from him...
Not sure If my explanation is clear English not my mother tongue.
Mrzazou it only takes as many as you need from someone's stack. So if you need 10 more and the next cheapest stack (George's) is 20 you'll only take 10 and George will have 10 left to sell. Next person wants 15 they will take George's last 10 and 5 from the next cheapest stack.
It could even get sort of complicated like:
I need 20
I get:
3 for 0.30
10 for 0.35
5 for 0.38
1 for 0.40
1 for 0.55
Instead of the obnoxiousness of doing this through page searches and constantly purchases like WoW, D3 will handle it all automatically, making sure every piece is as cheap as possible.
Im not so sure that we'll have Imperius as an ally. I think we'll meet him in our way to defeat Diablo or after we defeated him(she?lol). Im tired of just kicking demons asses, its time to kick some angels asses, they even striped Tyrael of his powers aparently, so i dont know who will keep him from going berserk on us. I mean, Auriel could try to appeal but Tyrael wont be there to back her up, Itherael doesnt say @#$% and Malthael will obviously agree with Imperius decisions...
Hopefully the interface matches up well with the buying system... e.g., it is easy to see that there for a given item, there are 12 available for 0.30, 38 items available for 0.35, and 17 for 0.40; without regard to how many sellers that relates to (since I dont think it shows who the seller is anyways, right?) or how they stacked them.
Of course, people could still try to make it a pain to evaluate the market by posting items in tiny increments... if something is worth ~500g per, posting 1 each for 500, 501, 502 etc... but it would help with the intent of what they're doing.

I think: Auriel is locked up, so that means Imperius is a bad guy. We may encounter him but not engage in battle. It could be for the expansion.
