Hey, sorry for bringing this up so late after the Blizz conference call, was a busy bee the last couple of days. Anyway, since there hasn't been any real/new info about D3 during the conference, apart from Magistrate's post, I thought that I'll just post the Blizz Q3 Transcript for the whole conference and one for the Q&A if anyone is interested to filter through it.
Also just a couple of other things from the conference:

On the Diablo III front, we are still targeting an early 2012 launch. We've been collecting great feedback from our ongoing beta test and BlizzCon, and the team is using that feedback to continue polishing and improving the game. We've also been testing the gold auction house functionality through the Beta and are gearing up to test the real mining systems very soon.
Mmm, targeting an early 2012 launch. Déjà vu? Just teasing.
Do you guys have any ideas how the RMAH might get implemented in the beta? As posted in the wiki, the RMAH will make use of Real-World currency ($, £, €, ect), which will be converted to e-credit which then can be used to buy/sell items.
I think Blizz might give the beta players a certain amount of credits (not necessarily e-credit) which they can then use in the RMAH to test it out of course. I highly doubt they'll allow beta players to use the PayPal aspect of the RMAH, this will probably get tested internally.

In closing, 2012 is shaping up to be one of the busiest and most exciting years in Blizzard's history. We plan on having at least 2 major releases...
At least 2 releases...My guess: Diablo 3, Mists Of Pandaria and HoTS?? Yours?

"At least two" definitely means D3 and MoP. The statement leads me to believe that HoTS is currently slated for late 2012, but might be pushed back.
