Currently all DII skill descriptions have the {Script Formula X} references in them.  This came from the way the data was collected.  It's not very useful.

Blizzard has released the level 60 skill information.  Based on that I tried to decipher what some of the Script Formula's might be but came up with nothing.  For instance the {Script Formula 1} shows up in several of the Demon Hunter's skills but each time it evaluates to a different number even though all the stats are for a level 60 character.

Given the uselessness of the current {Script Formula X} information I was planning on switching the descriptions over to the level 60 information.  I started with the DiabloWiki.com - Demon HunterDemon Hunter passives but someone mentioned displaying only the level 60 stats was kind of a cop-out (my words, not theirs).  I agree but don't see much of an option at the moment.  Personally I'd much rather know a skill does x-y damage at 60 than nothing at all.

Is there some way to gleam the actual skill progression from the beta or will it have to be determined manually upon full release?

I'd also like to hear anyone's opinion on updating the pages with the level 60 stats in the short term while we wait for the complete progression to be discovered/extrapolated.

Thanks

Maybe we can see what the values are for each level up to lvl 13 in the beta and figure out the formulas based on that, or maybe we can actually get the formulas themselves.

It's a good idea. Like you said, right now we don't know what the formulas are. Until we do, the lvl 60 values are arguably more interesting to know. Just remember to add a caveat on the pages that the values are for lvl 60 characters.

What about the new skill calculator? Doesn't that compute for the different levels?

EDIT: Nvm, the data is actually there, however you have to click on each skill to see the data.

WEll then we should try to incorporate the formulas into the skills instead, though certain valuesare probably still really good. 60 and 13 seem to be the most important levels (13 because of the beta).

You will see that the latest import of skill descriptions (on the individual skill pages) now have numbers rather than forumlas. I'm not sure what they represent, but I will try to find out once the guys are back in the office.

There are some formatting issues that I'm having to deal with, but I just wanted you to know.
