Ah, that makes sense Kris. Good idea, necro. We can simply just go through the D1 patch notes and change what they say, there were only a handful of patches released. The only problem I can see is if they did something without documenting it in the notes.

Hmmm. Funny thing is I installed my Diablo 1 just the other day. I could see if they did patch it by going onto battle.net. Hahahaha. What a coincidence ^_^

Man I sure hate your guys' wikipedia pages. But spreading Diablo 1 awareness is always a good thing.

I just copied the whole patch log. I suppose I could've snipped it at "Troubleshooting" :P.

Couldn't find a single note of any change to items/skills/monsters/characters that wasn't a bugfix. The original guide will thus work perfectly.

Did I ever postpone this or what?

Now that I've pretty much finished up the d2 areas, I can devote time to this. The monster template is pretty much done http://www.diablowik...est&oldid=35277

and as it turns out we already had pages for d1 quests, they're simply not linked to from anywhere. I'll reformat them some and that will be it for the quests.
