Brotherhood of Destruction

We are a Clan with a strong commitment to respect for each other and the community. We focus on maintaining a pleasant playing atmosphere, and include players of all competence levels, and all preferred playing styles. Currently we are recruiting for UsWest and Europe realms.
The Brotherhood's goal is to unite players from UsWeat realm, and Europe realm, under a common theme, the playing of Diablo 2 LoD, and Diablo 3 upon its release.

Who are BoD? The Brotherhood of Destruction is founded by and maintained by two ex-members of clan Heavens Redemption. They are the BoD High Counsel. (Nektu, Shacker) Wanting to start a clan of their own without the constrictions and boundaries of rediculous rules and expectations placed on clan members.

The Brotherhood is an alliance based on democracy. Where each member has a voice and a vote. Each item up for vote is open for discussion. Anything that is brought before the clan for vote will either pass or fail pending the majority. In case of a tie the High Counsel will intervene and cast their vote. If it is still at an in pass, the topic will be put aside and voted on again at a later date.

All new members will go through a 3 week probation period. They will be reviewed on forums activity and Bnet activity. Current members will vote ye or nay on whether or not the probationary member is the right fit for the Clan. Applicants who do not pass this period can re-apply within a months time if they so chose to do so.


The Brotherhood of Destruction(BoD) was created to establish a community of Diablo 2 players with the following things in mind:

• D2 is much more fun when played with other people, this is the main objective of our clan
  
• Since we want to have fun while playing D2, we don't want to have to deal with rude people
  
• Real life comes before D2 and the clan, so there are no ridiculous rules or unnecessary expectations

Here are some of the main things our clan likes to do:

• Help with transfers, rushes, leveling
  
• Group games -- MF, PVP, HC - Ironman, etc.
  
• Forum to discuss builds, trades, strategies, and just BS-ing
  
• Channel to meet in and set up games

If this sounds like a clan you are interested in, let us know right here on this forum.

Application is simple. Just state the following:

Ladder/Non-ladder:

Realm: (West, Euro)

Also, type a little about yourself so that we can get to know you a little bit.

Playing times: here is the hard part. I have a very busy life and my work schedule changes every week. However, most of my play time will probably be within 10am-8pm weekdays and weekends.


I am interested in joining. I must admit, I have not played a lot of D2 recently but I want to get back into it. Hopefully being in this guild will help me enjoy the game once again. I am a very casual player so I must admit I will not be the person who can help rush or get high end gear. However, I always like to have fun and make sure the games I play are fun.

Honestly, I don't think it's too bad, they're already shown in your postbit next to each post, :P.

Something you might want to look into is setting up an official BoD channel.

Mine isn't. I should change that though. Those are character names.

Playing times: I have always some spare time in between my busy days for DII.
About Me: I'm playing DII since 1.09 but have skipped the 1.12 patch. Also I've only played HC - Ladder and I do not use D2JSP or any other way of making it to easy. My classes that I use are.
1. Summon Necromancer (main character)
2. Smiter (for the Ubers)
3. Barbarian (for imba Bo's)
*and some random characters for fun.
I've played on the PTR for a couple of weeks, but I'm waiting for the release of the final 1.13 patch. If you guys need a solid HC player on the Europe Realm. Let me know.

Edit: Got a RL friend available as well. HC- Ladder - Europe. I'll keep you updated on that one.

You can lookup users by Character name as well, :P.

I've got a list full of characters on West and wouldn't mind having some people to play with.  I came back to D2 6 or 7 months ago after I quit WoW and have just been kind of playing it off and on since then.  Hopefully having other people to play with will do a better job of keeping me interested :P  By no means am I rich (or even close to it), but I do have a poorly geared/built 82 Lightning Sorc who can provide rushes at least through NM.  I haven't been playing much recently, but my schedule's pretty open since I'm not in school and my job sucks.  ATM, I'd be around most days after 1 or 2 Mountain Time.

What's up guys, i recently just started to play again.. the last time i played was the last ladder rest.. (i think it was the last one) sometime in 08' but im back ready to the play untill diablo 3 comes out. I play Ladder, SC, USWEST and my times are usually night times on any day and when ever i really just have nothing to do you can catch me on there. But im looking forward to actually play this game with a bunch of people again because its just so much more fun that way, later guys.
