Looks good!

I enjoyed it, but it did get dull after awhile. To much of the same thing, same monsters, not that great of a story, if you are playing on normal everything pretty much dies 1 hit. I never felt challenged at all, I could tank every boss and not even think of healing. For $20 it is worth it, with the mods it adds to it, but id honestly just wait and see what this "mmo" looks like, since it is supposed to play the same as this but online.

You should try very hard hardcore. I've lost at least 20 characters to that behemoth. Getting one shotted once you get to the goblin fortress isn't unlikely.

Torchlight is great. It's made by the same devs that created Diablo 1 & 2. What's not to like? It even has music by Matt Oelmen, who created the D1/2 tunes. A bargain at $20, and it often can be had for far less. It's only $10 on Steam right now, and I got it from there for only $5 (!) on sale a few days ago.
Now that's what I call good value for money! :)

07/08/10 That was awesome, I heard Torchlight was a good game, I think I may get it.

07/11/10 I downloaded the demo. Torchlight didn't really light my fire, a little too toony. Is there a story line that is better in the full version or does it start the same way? I might get it because it's only 20 bucks and I might play it through once.

Hmmm... if the SC2 Editor is as awesome as people say I may well take up a project along these lines within that.  What you've done in TL is great but can only go so far unfortunately.
