i looked around and didnt see any other posts of this but i just thought i would tell you that the latest game informer has starcraft 2 and diablo 3 in it already and I thought that if its in GI already maybe its coming sooner than expected :P

I dont think the fact that they decide to write about sc2 and D3 means hat they are being released sooner than expected...

You can see in the Twitter that they are working on the act 2 boss right now... They are far from finished.

hmm well its also funny they just got halo odst after 2 months of release in a game informer and really act 2? how much acts are there lol

They are obviously writing about it because it is so huge that they are actually making it.

Diablo 3's projected release date is commonly assumed to be somewhere in 2011, however Blizzard has yet to announce the official date.

Official Blizzard Quote:

It's too early to estimate Diablo III's release date. As with all Blizzard Entertainment games, our goal is to create a game that is as fun, balanced, and polished as possible. We intend to take as much time developing Diablo III as is necessary to ensure the game meets our own high expectations and those of our players. We're aiming to release Diablo III on both Mac and Windows simultaneously in as many regions as possible, and to localize the game in several languages. We'll have more details to share about countries, languages, and specific dates as we get closer to release.
