Diablo 3 Updat3


Check out blizzard.com today they made some big announcements about hiring for an "unannounced project" for the team from D1 and D2. They have also put up Diablo merchandise.

Yes this is it!!! Diablo III in 3D! hehe

but that's not really news.. there have been several job announcements for the diablo I and diablo II team including 3D artists and Game Designer for over a year.

but yeh it's new that they write "for an unannounced project" .. we're gettin' closer!

The best news here is the 3D emphasis, but did we really have any doubts?

I have yet to hear a thought provoking reason as to why Diablo3 shouldn't be made, or 3D.  Diablo II was not bona fide 2D.  There was a slight third dimension with a graphics setting that emphasized it (not on by default).  I know it was not much, but it was still there.  

Let us not mistake a fixed bird's eye view perspective for 2D.

Like Guild Wars' graphics, but without the sucky gameplay or the lame interfaces (for movement, menues, skills, etc).

i think that 3D would be something new and enyojable - that's just todays level, but my opinion - l.i.l. c.r.a.p.
There are places which better be avoided, even experienced paladin couldn't handle it...

ya That Baals Minions lag sucked hardcore...hust get a char to the point where u can power leval em and it lags just enough to kill u.....couldnt stand it

Blizz Plz let it be D3 ...haha... 3D would be such a big difference for those that have been playing this game since D1 but none the less it will be SWEETT!:D. and the waiting continues (waiting........................)

if they make it 3d it better have graphics twice as good as guild wars.  otherwise it should just stay the way its been, which is what  i would rather see.  To me 3d graphics dont look real, their to blocky and cartoonish.
