the new symbol looks like a winking smiley face to me.

And is it just me or now that the symbol next to the hel rune is glowing, doesn't it look like a cartoon bomb? Not that means anything :P

It looks like a tall wall/gate of some sort.

Ok all i can say - don't start the fucking speculation over the smiley face , nothing special to it , no there is nothing new to the image so stop cropping shit and posting it .
What we got new : the smiley face , the highlighted runes of which we knew already and something seemingly similar to a Horn / Finger .

So stop the BS and wait 2-3 more hours mmkk ?

5 glowing runes = 5 glowing seals. Also, yeah, looks like a horn to me, but the rest of the face doesn't look like Diablo. Looks like a Protoss to me. Confusing!
