As the 2008 Blizzard Entertainment Worldwide Invitational approaches, we are excited to announce that the Opening Ceremony (starting at 11:45, Central European Summer Time on Saturday, June 28th), the various tournaments, and the Closing Ceremony featuring Level 70 Elite Tauren Chieftain and Video Games Live concerts will be streamed live during the event on the official Worldwide Invitational website.

If i click the live stream page, it says that the page cannot be displayed. What software do i need for it?

It's up again. I don't think blizzard's servers will be able to hold the rallied legion of D3 fans that the teaser hype caused, all watching the stream at the same time.

Guys pls tell me anyone get normal sound, I only get one Tone, the other channels on Octoshape HR-Fernsehen and DW-Welle ect work normal whitount problems and Sound !!

I get only the tone too. Since I can get sound on other channels, it's probably supposed to be like that for now...

Weird sooo all of the events are gonna be held in one room the "Main Stage" room and then all the tournament stuff is gonna be held in the "Tournament stage"? Well atleast I know I'm only going to have to tune into one thing and not go to a billion sites looking for news updates :D

This to me is a good sign that something's happening in the opening ceremony - the closing ceremony streaming is for L70ETC and VGL, so the opening ceremony might very well be that special announcement we've all been waiting for :)
