Posted Nov 21, 2022We are BoneRinger Power Disabled, a group of disabled people who train in martial arts. We train for the physical and mental benefits that we get from these disciplines. This includes building confidence, self-esteem and life skills. I can see this because they helps me a lot to complete my these assignment on time. We also have disabled kids who come to our classes with their parents. The parents are usually either disabled themselves or care about other disabled people. In any case, they want their children to learn how to defend themselves while they're still young so that they can become more confident later on in life when they face real-life situations instead of just learning how to punch someone's face off!
