Patch 2.4.2 Release Date
A friendly reminder from DiabloFans: the release date of Patch 2.4.2 is still unknown! Only the start date of Season 7 has been disclosed by Blizzard.
There is a very slim chance that the patch is released tomorrow, which is unlikely given the lack of a maintenance message. Most expect the patch to be released next Tuesday, August 2nd. If it's released this week, know that our Builder will be updated and the Patch 2.4.2 Recap will be available!

Dunkelvieh's Demon Hunter 2.4.2 Summary
Dunkelvieh has put together a very useful video going over all the Demon Hunter changes coming in Patch 2.4.2, and giving a preview of what to expect for the class in the new Season. If you're looking forward to rolling a DH, definitely check it out!
DH in 2.4.2. Oh we updated the traps without a viable 6p set. Here - Play LoN FoK again
Monk: We did some stuff with LTK and then nerfed it again but it's ok cos it was awkward to do bosses with - go play gen again.
Wiz: We changed some stuff to do more lightning damage at max range - go play a slightly different fire Archon? Or melee again.
I really can't understand why they added all this stuff if they didn't want to make the effort to make any of it actually work.
I've said it once, and I'll say it again... make M6 a proper traps set. Make sentries auto cast spenders again... and add to the 6pc bonus:
"Enemies hit by your spiked traps or caltrops take X00% increased damage from your sentries for 8 seconds."
Now players who want the massive damage buff to their own shots still get it, and they also get the benefit of sentries doing more attacks per second from auto firing. And players who want their sentries to do the bulk of the damage get their way too... and Blizzard is still keeping the player engaged like they planned to from all those patches ago.
I was pretty pissed to see that Spirit Barrage got changed a bit but was still dogshit. I really like this skill.
