No thank you, I don't enjoy the satisfaction of using exploits unlike some.

stacking twisters is hidden mechanic which is not simple to use, noobs can always say smth like "i don't use bugs", but the truth is they can't cos it's advanced thing) If you have about 1% of understanding wiz gameplay, you will never compare firebug and twisters stacking

You guys realize that the Archon is totally bugged and the damage gained through swami is currently multiplicative rather than additive right? He didn't use one bug, he used another.

Let's make a quick comparison of both "exploit" specs :

1. FireBUG :

- Grab 50 stacks of Firebird by abusing a bug and enjoy dealing insane amounts of damage while you don't even understand how the game works.

- Max out vitality and defensive stats on every piece of gear + paragon for insane survivability, you don't need damage stats lol !

- Okay how about the gear ? Oh wait, doesn't even need to be ancient LOL who gives a damn just run around with a normal weapon !

- Now that you are cleared to go, just run around in your Greater Rift, burn stuff up, and run around like a chicken without having to position monsters or anything, they will melt anyway !

- Rift Guardian ? Supposed to be the hardest part for a Wizard in a Greater Rift ? Lol ! Just burn it up and run around like a scared chicken and wait for it's health to drop down to 0 !

2. Archon Twisters :

- Play the rift like it's supposed to be played. Gather mobs in proper packs by using your knowledge and understanding of the game mechanics. If the monsters are spread all over the place, your twisters, stacked or not, will do nothing.

- One single mistake in your positioning means a one shot because you're running ~600k hp.

- Completely dependent on how you manage incoming damage because you are usually stuck inside monsters without teleport for a dozen of seconds.

- Stacking Twisters, the actual "exploit" part of the spec lol. I have been playing wizard for 20 years since Diablo 1, finally something that requires a lot of practice to master and separate yourself from others. That part is actually very satisfying.

- Timings. The most demanding spec I have ever played in that regard. One single mistake of delaying your archon transformation for let's say 1 second, and your whole run is screwed. All your damage is during your Arcane CoE rotation once every 28 seconds. For 4 seconds. If you fuck up 1 second in your rotation for whatever reason, you lose 25% of your damage. Fun isn't it ?

- Pylon manipulation. Just like in group, you are better off to save all pylons except conduit for the Rift Guardian. Because that is going to be the hardest part. You're also required to try and spawn pylons close to each other, because yes, you're NOT running with teleport in human form !

- Most Rift Guardians attacks are a one shot, but you have to stack twisters next to them. Good luck with that ! Rift Guardians have always been the hardest part for a Wizard (except when we were fishing for poison RG's with mara equiped), usually every attack is a one shot and we are not playing a kite and run spec. We are playing a MELEE spec !

I probably left out quite a lot of complicated things happening with the Twister Archon solo spec, but you get the point.

I am just horrified to see that people DARE to compare the two specs in any way. Just because people see the word " exploit "' attached to one thing, they feel the need to be on a hunt, like brainless predators, accusing and pointing fingers. Just NO. Stop with the abuse. Stop being crybabies, the Diablo community doesn't need this anymore. It's actually tired of it. You're just dragging this game down with your attitude.

You would never have achieved this without the bug. Even though you play normally, it would probably have been ten ranks lower.

so why not say 'No-Firebug-Exploit-Only-Archonbug-Exploit-Wizard' instead? doesn't get as many hits?
