PTR 2.4.2 Build 38247 Patch Notes
The latest PTR build for Patch 2.4.2 was deployed to the servers yesterday and the patch notes were recently updated to reflect the changes. Below you can see the changelog for this latest build. Some pretty major changes in this one, including to Energy Twister.

GENERAL
- Gold rewards have been adjusted:
- The amount of gold dropped by the Gilded Baron Treasure Goblin has been reduced
- The following changes have been applied to the Season 7 Journey
- Slayer
- The Greater Rift requirement has been reduced from 35 to 30
- Champion
- The Greater Rift requirement has been reduced from 50 to 40
- The Nephalem Rift timer has been increased from 6 minutes to 7 minutes
- Destroyer
- The Greater Rift requirement has been reduced from 60 to 50
- Conqueror
- The Greater Rift requirement has been reduced from 70 to 60
- Guardian
- The Greater Rift requirement has been reduced from 80 to 70
- The time limit to defeat Azmodan has been increased from 15 seconds to 20 seconds
CLASSES
- Crusader
- Active Skills
- Consecration
- The healing provided from multiple active Consecrations will no longer stack
- Monk
- Active Skills
- Mantra of Conviction
- Skill Rune - Fists of Fury
- The maximum stack value is no longer determined by your attack speed and is capped at 15 stacks
- Wizard
- Active Skills
- Energy Twister
- Twisters (excluding those created with the Wicked Wind rune) will now despawn if they stop moving
- This applies only to the PC/Mac version

Posted Jul 14, 2016I'm a wizard player and I welcome this fix to the Energy Twister. Good job, Blizz.
Now, let's just also buff Vyr, so it actually becomes the best set to play Archon with, as it should be and make Etched Sigil able to proc Tal Rasha and Firebird and you can call it a day for the wiz. I don't think you would have any wiz player complaining about anything by doing these small changes, as they would open a world of possibilities.
Talking about other classes....crusader and barb need whole lotta love, bitch doctor needs caster builds buffs and/or at least some AI fix for pets or maybe a small cooldown for recasting the pets...or at least give Jade set some dmg reduction mechanic so it's playable at the highest level and all the bitch doctor players would love you as well.
Monks have been hit hard with the latest changes to several of their runes, you should try and compensate that as well.

Posted Jul 15, 2016I am telling about one thing, another clases can make over gr90+, without caldrisian thing, monks with all gear ancient and things like that can make 86 (ATM on leaderboards).... So what i mean is, the diferences of clases are wizzards and DH solo can make much better and thats why a lot of people have been changing clases, thats no mean they are not playing with monk, but the main toon is now another not the monk and the reason is that monks are not competitives with other clases right now....
