Bugged Grotesques

It seems the Grotesque monster is currently suffering from a number of bugs, that might make them disappear when dying, dropping no globes or loot, or even becoming invincible, among others. Devs are working on a fix and will give us an update as soon as possible.

Okay, so before they were doing increased damage, w.e. They fixed it, cool.
Now, in the last hour, I have seen;
1) A grotesque gold enemy not drop globes upon death - he blew up, then his character model just stood there and did nothing (could not be targeted, but blocked my way).
2) 3 instances of grotesques becoming invincible and untargetable
3) Grotesques vanish upon death, and seemingly not grant any progress. (continues...)
Just want to let you all know that we are aware of this issue, and it is being actively investigated. I don't have an ETA for a fix at this time, but as soon as I have more information, I'll pop back in with an update.

We do have a fix that's currently in testing, but it's going through substantial testing! As I mentioned before, this issue is a bit more complicated than just causing issues with Grotesques.

Fallen Pennant Clarification

Some players were in doubt if the Fallen Pennant, called by some the Khazra Pennant, was dropping in game. Nevalistis tested this internally and confirmed that it is live and can drop, but that it's also one of the more rare cosmetic items added in Patch 2.4.1. Read below.

The fact that nobody has found this yet makes me think it is not in the game. I don't want to waste my time looking for something that has not even been confirmed to be in the game. Can we please have some confirmation that this item is even in the game? Feedback would be nice as it could be in the game (since there is a pic of it in their cosmetics preview) , but there is a bug preventing it from showing up. So, what's the deal with this pennant?
I was already on it! Sorry for the delay, folks. Testing drop rates is one of the more complicated and time consuming investigations we can perform, so it took us a little while to be sure of this one.

Yes, the pennant you are referring to is live and can drop. However, it's one of the more rare cosmetic items that have been added. As with other cosmetics, I'm hesitant to reveal the location because, as MissCheetah mentioned, the hunt is part of the excitement and it's great to see the community working together to track these things down!

What I will say is that folks are starting to get on the right track, but aren't quite there yet. :) For example, this is indeed aFallen pennant rather than a Khazra one. (Official Forums)
they're on campaign mode or adventure?
As with the other cosmetics added in Patch 2.4.1, this item should only drop in Adventure mode. (Official Forums)
