D2 1.14c & Ladder Reset Live

Just a quick reminder for those who enjoy Diablo - patch 1.14c and the Ladder reset there are now live! See the blue post below for the small changelog.

We are releasing 1.14c and resetting the ladder for Diablo II today. We will take the servers down at 1000 Pacific and expect the maintenance to last 3 hours. Patch notes:

Specific Changes & Improvements

• Fixed 3 more bugs that cause Mac client crashes on “Save & Exit”
• nGlide will now load on PC

Known Issues

• Spammers still making us all sad. We’re working on it.

New Mac OS Version

Apple released a new version of their Operating System, and Blizzard support has recommended Mac players to keep it up to date. Some issues that affected game performance have been fixed in this build.

Apple has released their newest OS Update, 10.11.5. Patch notes for this release can be found on Apple's website.

Both for system security and game compatibility, we recommend keeping your Operating System up to date. Some issues that previously impacted game performance have been addressed as well!

zDPS Whirlwind Leapquake Barb

Zimmik has put together an interesting variation of a zDPS support character on our Builds tool - a Leapquake Barbarian! It uses a lot of debuffs and the Hurricane rune on Whirlwind to pull enemies in for your allies. He claims it's capable of doing GRs 90 and above as well.
