Seasonal Stash Clarification
As Season 5 draws closer to its end, players who were not able to earn their extra stash tab may get worried that they won't be able to anymore. Nevalistis has clarified on the forums that players can get a Stash tab for each Season they play, the only limit being the 10 total tabs.
So while it might take players an extra Season to earn that missed stash tab compared to those who achieve it in all Seasons, they will still be able to earn it. Read below.

Seasons going forward (for the foreseeable future) will have a stash tab reward; there is simply a cap to how many of them you can earn, that being 10 total tabs.
For example, one player could earn a stash tab each in Seasons 5, 6, 7, and 8 (that being the fastest way to to hit the cap). Another might earn them in Seasons 6, 7, 8, and 10.
And yes, I know what day it is. No joking around here.
April 5th Maintenance Reminder
This next Tuesday, from 5:30 AM to 10:30 AM PDT, servers will be down for the usual maintenance - so those planning on playing Season 5 for a tad longer will need to plan their play sessions around that.

Stash space is easy to get...
Is 3-4 hours a week not a lot? What are you some kid living in his moms basement with no life? Get a job and a family and report back on how many hours you have to spend on a video game.
168 hours in a week
50 hours for sleep
40 hours for work
5 hours for travel
14 hours for eating
That leaves roughly 59 hours for a Social life, Gaming, TV... If you are only using 3-4 hours of that on Diablo 3, well you are not the people thet game should be balanced around.
At 4 hours a week you could finish Conqueror in 10-12 weeks.
I thought you only needed one conquest for a stash tab. 3 conquests is for the portrait frame?
@lefaivre
We focused on two conquest that we have control over.
The Thrill: Reach GR45 without any set item equipped - -easily done with sub 400 paragon and just a few specific legendaries (for most classes)
Years of War: Reach GR55 with bonuses from 6 class sets - - very easy to do, if you have just one friend, spend 20 minutes and get an alt boosted. Farm blood shards with your main, and lootshare set pieces with your friends.
SInce it takes 40-50 hours to finish conqueror, that is as little as 15 hours a month ( less than 4 hours a week ) for 3 months. If you can not do that, you do not play enough to need another stash tab.
I don't understand why they are so cheap with the stash space.. They should have give us 6 extra tabs already + then some long term goal to unlock 6 more.
It is lame that you have to be around in every season for duration of 1 year..
The journey itself is not really hard or very time consuming but it is boring. Those conquests and set dungeons are just a lame way to make you play something that is not part of the game normally.. which normally is playing the adventure mode and progressing your character.
