is this patch going to be live in season 5 later or its targeted for next season? We won't be dropping the live 2.4.1 patch mid-season. The PTR patch will most likely be happening while Season 5 is still active, but that of course won't affect any of your Season 5 heroes.
So what's going to happen to the non-channeling builds that currently use Taeguk? Will you add new legendary gems in 2.4.1?We're taking a look at some of the other Legendary gems as well to open up as many viable alternatives as we can. More on that soon!

Because PTR is one thing and "Season 5 heroes" on live server another
PTR and Live are different. They will test the patch on PTR but it will only go live after S5 is over
I'm still sad Arachyr still isn't seeing enough love. I really want to play that set for Greater Rifts, but the Helltooth set got an even bigger buff that makes the Arachyr set fall off even further. The only thing that has my hopes up is the datamined note where "Firebats deal X% more damage to targets that are affected by Locust Swarm or Pirahnas," but if it's another set of pants, the LoN Gargantuan/Firebat build may benefit even more from it than the Arachyr set would.
Also, is there any noted solution about the lack of enough damage reduction from sets like Akkhan / possibly Firebird? I want to use the Akkhan set for pushing Greater Rifts as well, but my death ratio with it is pretty high.
Also, will they fix Blade of the Warlord so it works with the 4P from IK again? It was working during PTR but doesn't seem to work live.
Also, Frostburn is the one with with a primary stat that has increased cold damage and the ability where cold skills have a 35-45% chance to freeze. Maybe it's that one that's getting changed, not Rimeheart.
I could see laws included in akkhan set like this : gain all actives of the law you have chosen.
