John Yang shared a preview of a small change that we might see for the Arachyr Set in Patch 2.4 Read the tweet below.

Quin's Updated Uliana Guide
Quin released a complete and updated Uliana's Monk guide, with all the information he used to clear a GR 72 solo and get rank #1. He also crafted a written guide on our Builds section for those who prefer that. A great compilation for anyone looking to push their Monk to the limits - check them out!
this should be changed in a hotfix patch during this season.. cmon it's a new set. Ptr feedbacks wasn't enough
In 2.4? Because this is SO hard to change right now, right? I mean, this will completely change the whole metagame and the season will be heavily affected for sure!
Getting really tired of their "one patch every 4 months" policy. They made a set that's utterly useless, and now we gotta wait one entire season for it to be fixed, only to be invalidated by some new overpowered set (jade rework, calling it now), coming with 2.4
And why only when arachyr is equipped? Do you want it to remain a shit skill unless you have the set equipped? Seems like it.
i'm okay with this one patch every 4 months thing, but i just don't understand how such a bug can't be fixed during a season lol
And I would gladly throw money at them for faster patches.
And stash space.
And better servers.
Oh, and while I'm at it, since we're being very polite and everything: Your viewers don't owe you any "likes", be thankful you're even getting the views. I should have unsubscribed when you started begging. Without Diablofans you would be nothing. Get a real job.
Where does the money to pay them come from? I think you missed the point. Game is a 1 time sale. Additional development is free (since you're not paying anything extra for it). So yes, Blizzard (as a company) is doing it for free. I can see why though - to make a good a game as possible for future sales. There's a reason no other ARPGs come close in sales.
whatever they've done from here on out has been a bonus, remember that.
Nobody would be playing D3 now and no more D3 sales today if Blizzard have NOT been updating the game with new patches. It is like watching a video on YouTube. Just because I did NOT pay youtube a single cent, doesn't mean youtube is NOT making any money. You can think of playing D3 as a way to help Blizzard to sell more D3 games just like watching a youtube video help youtube to make more money from advertisments.
Blizzard's D3 team is making their salaries and their salaries come from D3 game sales. By simply playing it, you directly or indirectly help them make more sales. It is as simple as that.
With all that said, I think the reason they couldn't hotfix Toad of Hugeness is because it requires animation changes and the reason they didn't catch this during PTR was because NOT many people reported this as such a huge issue back then. I personally remembered one of Meathead's video mentions about this set being just not enough damage and nothing was said about the toad being annoying. J Mac did mention toad being a problem if if you are fighting a single enemy but he didn't sound as if this is so annoying that Blizzard needs to fix it. So overall I think people just didn't try this set enough during PTR to really feel this toad being such a problem.
This is a repost because apparently, using the word "idiot" is considered flaming here, so I've edited that out.
Yeah, a bonus that earned them the purchase of RoS, and will earn them
the purchase of the next expansion. Before 2.0, the game was basically dead. Had they not removed the
auction house and revamped the loot completely, it would be known as
"the disaster that promised so much but never delivered". The launch was
a catastrophe, and after the dust settled, most people saw the game for
what it really was, a complete failure. Not a failure in the money
department though, that's for sure. You could sell anything with the
name Diablo 3 plastered on it. They sold it on the hype alone and they
knew damn well about it.
Your argument also doesn't make any sense. Subscriptions are for server
costs. Even though it costs them a fraction of what they receive from
WoW to run them. They're not forced to release any patch even if you pay
every month. In fact they're not forced to do anything. You can stretch
it pretty far, but then even you would realize how ridiculous that
sounds.
The patching of D3 is extremely slow. Even after a long test phase where
the players are doing the job of the testers for free, they still can't
get things right, and there's always an exploit or two that slips by.
Sure, they don't owe us anything, but why bother doing it in the first
place then?
They have the possibility of turning this game into a free to play,
which would give them more revenues than by selling it like they do
currently. It's been proven that the F2P model generates more money in
the long run, money that they could use on patches. They already have it
up and running in China, with portraits, pets, everything like PoE. And
most importantly, they have double the stash space. Why they refuse to
bring it here is a mystery. Then they give us this stupid argument of
"you'll always want more". Yeah, no shit. They keep adding items, but no
stash space, what are we supposed to do? At least add character slots.
Please, everyone, watch your tone. Removed some posts and edited some of the quote trains (please stop those as well). Please stop the personal attacks so we don't have to hand out even more infractions. Thanks.
