thenonhacker has put together a great thread over at Reddit. He has gathered posts with known bugs, feedback, suggestions and quality of life changes that would really improve the game. Threads like these are likely used by developers to see what changes players are looking forward!

Feedback Compilation Thread
I'm gathering everyone's feedback so far for patch 2.3.0 so that Blizzard will have an easier time keeping track! You can help, just comment your suggested fixes.
Bug Fixes Needed
- Be extremely careful with cube. Bug is causing it to eat all mats (e.g. death's breath)
- Orek's text is a tad outdated...
- Fix Helltooth lag
- Game keeps freezing at the exact same spot
- Rift Guardian appeared near your location, but too far to walk to
- Mobs sitting at entrance of rift?
Hellfire Ring / Ammy Farming
- When a key is dropped on the map, put a key icon on the minimap.
- Add a key drop sound. (e.g. Diablo 2 key drop sound)
- The Infernal Machines will be replaced with Infernal Keys, along with their unique icons. The names of the keys directly map to the name of the Realms they open.

- Act IV Holy Sanctum, The game needs more of this tileset
- I'm sorry for judging people who still ask for more stash space after 2.3! You're right.
- Let us have a "I give up" button for greater rifts so we don't have to leave game entirely.

Posted Sep 19, 2015Exactly. You'd have to do 10.000 upgrades before you can get an exact statistic about how many of x, y and z fist and how many ancient rolls.

Posted Sep 19, 2015What's with the MHM hate? Trolling aside, consider the following:
1) No one is going to craft 10,000 or 100,000 or whatever statistic you deem worthy to see distribution. If you'd like to share a larger statistic and make a video about it, you're more than welcome to!
2) The experiment, if you will, is to see what a reasonable sample may look like. Certain slots are easier to roll than others. Monk has 13 fist weapons and 2 set fists, for a total of 15, which makes getting Lions/Az a bit hard, and may make the reforging method more valuable once you do acquire one. Barb 2h Mighty Weapon however only has 6 options + 1 set, 2 of which are useful, so it's a lot easier to get a good one there.

Posted Sep 21, 2015i vouch for the whole having machines have a map icon along with a sound, makes it easier to see when doing a zone-wide split farm for machines
the 'i give up' option would be nice too haha
lastly, as an hc player, the thing with elites spawning at the entrance needs to be fixed pronto. nothing like loading into a 60 as a DH with ice under your feet, really makes the buttocks clench up
also, sup with the filters for gem crafting now, i'd rather it show everything:(

Crystal Fist
Fleshrake
Jawbreaker
Lion's Claw
Logan's Claw
Rabid Strike
Scarbringer
Shenlong's Fist of Legend
Shenlong's Relentless Assault
Sledge Fist
The Fist of Az'Turrasq
Vengeful Wind
Won Khim Lau
There's 12 "slots" for them to drop in, and Fist of Az and Jawbreaker share a slot. So, you have a 1 in 12 chance of most specific fists dropping, and a 1 in 24 of the two rare ones. Crafting 25 and seeing no Az is slightly bad luck, but not too unexpected. Seeing no Lion's claw is a little odd. Seeing 7 of the Shenlong's was a shame since odds were you'd see 4, they really stole a lot of your DBs.
