We're aware of the issue that is prematurely terminating PTR games and actively investigating at this time. While we have no further updates to provide just yet, we'll let you know once a resolution is in sight.

PTR here to test and find bugs , problems and fix them before it get to Live server.
This is the most important point to remember. It's a complex issue, and it's an opportunity for us to observe, test around, and investigate this issue in the PTR environment. We certainly want to prevent something like this from potentially occurring on live servers.
Any update on the matter?
Not as of yet. It's important to remember that the PTR servers can (and will) go down for unexpected periods of time and may experience issues such as this. Unlike our live servers, they are a tool intended for testing and uneven game performance will occur.
We will continue working diligently on resolving this issue, and as soon as I have additional information to share, I'll be back here to update you all.

Just a quick update on this, folks.
We're bringing the PTR down shortly to apply some updates, which we're hoping will fix the issues players have reported with games being terminated. We hope to have it back up again soon, and we appreciate your patience in the meantime!
About fucking time it get fixed, even took em 2DAYS to put up a bluepost that it even was an issue, hopefully it will become fixed AND not have 10hour queues
Arnold is really taking this terminator thing seriously. Maybe in our version of reality this is how skynet was born... /sarcasm no really has anyone figured out a way to save progress before a termination? Leaving a game does not work, i already tried that.

Posted Jul 14, 2015They didn't fix anything. The DC:s are happening at the same rate, and as far as I can tell everyone else in general chat is having the same issues.
Creating a new character seemed to first have "dealth" with the problem, but DC:s started happening abt. 15mins in to the new game.
